Eigen Compiler Suite

Development Version 0.0.36 of the Eigen Compiler Suite is available for evaluation. It fixes various issues and includes the following improvements.

• Added basic exception handling facility
• Added allocation failure exceptions
• Added compatible set types
• Added typed set constructors
